David Louveau de La Guigneraye was born in Guadeloupe in 1971. Following a 2-year apprenticeship with Kynia Ishikawa in Quebec, he went home to New Caledonia in order to set up his first studio where he worked for 10 years. He moved to La Borne in 2004 where he currently lives. The main focus of his work is the world of tea.
