Hand-shaped bowls, research into glazes, ‘raku’ firing. Patricia grew up in the theatre as a professional actress, a script writer, and since working in sculpture, and she has worked as a clinical psychologist for a number of years; it is no mistake that she has passed by all of these stages, it’s the same way of working, the same meaningful search, the need to create something, to share an intimate space viewed by another person, a world which is deeper than just the visible surface, to evoke an emotional resonance, to surprise, to surprise oneself, and to see oneself.
